Scheduled
The scheduled SurePrep production maintenance originally planned for September 26, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST has been rescheduled to September 27, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM PST.
This change is due to an unexpected service disruption affecting a third-party service required to support our deployment process. While SurePrep services were not impacted by this disruption, we have rescheduled the maintenance to ensure the deployment can be completed safely and reliably.
No outage is expected. During the maintenance window, customers may experience intermittent degraded performance as processing queues operate at reduced capacity.
