Thomson Reuters Authenticator - Apple iOS Users Only - Degraded Performance
Resolved
Thank You for your patience with this issue. We have released an updated version of the Thomson Reuters Authenticator App to the Apple App Store version 3.0.3. Please ensure to navigate to your App Store App and install the update which restores the ability to click the green check mark along with being able to pair new setups of Multi-Factor Authentication.

Update
For users with Apple iOS devices (iPhones, iPads, …) and multi-factor authentication activated, if you are attempting to authenticate and the Green Check Mark is disappearing before you can click accept, you can enter a MFA code generated by the Thomson Reuters Authenticator app to login to your software.

We are currently testing with an update to the Thomson Reuters Authenticator App and we hope to release it early next week.

We have identified the cause of this behavior and are working with Apple to update our TR Authenticator App. We will provide another update tomorrow.

Investigating
We are experiencing intermittent issues where Users with Iphone's and Multi-factor authentication activated. When attempting to authenticate the Green Check Mark is disappearing before you can click accept. You can enter the MFA code and enter our products normally. We are working to mitigate this ASAP.
